These UCSC Banana Slug sweethearts are the perfect pair! I love it when a couple has a great love story and when I get to photograph them at locations that have great memories of their life together so far. It's like living a day in their love story and learning more about what makes them such a great couple. We started the day off at a beach in Santa Cruz, went to their old UCSC stomping grounds, and ended up on the pier in Santa Cruz for one of my favorite night time engagement shoots!
Scott wins the NYFotography Award for most involved Groom and I love it! I'm actually going to be a little sad after their wedding to not be getting so many funny emails and facebook messages that make me smile. Courtney wins the NYFotography Award for most of her wedding being planned by our first meeting! This is one impressive couple and I'm so thankful I get to shoot their Bay Area wedding in July!
